Herbal teas have been around for years and unlike green tea, black tea and oolong tea, are which are all brewed from the leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant, herbal teas are not real teas. Herbal teas are made from flowers, dried fruits, spices or herbs meaning that they are available in a vast array of tastes and flavors and they make an attractive alternative to sugary beverages or water.

Some herbal teas also have health-promoting properties, and many have been used as natural remedies for several ailments for centuries, so here’s a list for you to try:
