Unlike her on again, off again pal Paris, Nicole Richie is looking to contribute to the literary and arts community. Having released her first novel The Truth About Diamonds, the reality star and daughter of singer Lionel Richie is planning to turn the book into a television program. The storyline is loosely based on Richie’s life, growing up as the adopted daughter of a famous musician; there is a chance that if the show gets to air, she may set aside a role for herself.
